cadillac BLS tech2 card bin

hello . i have an 06 cadillac bls . i dont have a tech2 card for it . i tried the gm and the saab cards but they dont work . i found the cadillac bls 120.0000 bin but its in password protected archives . can someone help me out , please ?

also in all languages, Dutch, English, French Canada, Finnish, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Traditional Chinese

you have it on a card or as a bin file ?
