Default Ford Focus 2013 bcm clone

Hello all I have here a Ford Focus 1.6 tdci year 2013 that I need to replace the bcm on I have a used unit and copy all data across using forscan but it has not transferred the immo data. I have vvdi prog so was gonna use these connections:

Question really how to open this bcm must the plastic rivets be drilled in the corners? I can see and feel there are clips all round the side.
    Thanks

Just lift all the clips around the box, and try to pull it into 2 parts. It is easy to do with a screwdriver.

Check your soldering. Do you have a pic of the soldering you did?
