Friend! The code for SQR types canot be calculated serial. (unless someone has a database (unlikely)
You must read the 68HC11 Motorola.
If the boot process is successful and you only see FF, then HC11 is locked and its contents cannot be read. Then you need to another dump.
In this case, there is even code off content.
