2016 kVM clone, remote not working

hi all,
2016 RR sport

i added a key to this one just over a mouth ago using vvdi prog and vvdi2, then a few weeks later it developed a very intermittent key-less start problem! but would start up using the emergency start function with the original fob, remote not working when the fault would occur!

so i decided to replace the Kvm module with a new one and used vvdi prog and the files i had from adding the key previously to clone it.

now the key less start works but the remote/ central locking does not!

do someone know what the problem might be?

Try to virginise the key and add it again now the kvm is installed
