Astral Projection

I meditated for 6 months to be able to astral travel. As i was about to, i panicked and decided not to go forward with it. However, a couple of days later i had an out of body experience just like that and saw my self sleeping from above in real-time. Also saw some external beings with me in the room. It was pretty insane
