    Default AFTER CARPROG REFLASH WINDOWS DON'T RECOGNIZE THE DEVICE

    Hi

    i re flash my carprog, with jlink, at the end of programming i have successfully writing and verifying...

    i had solder the 55 pin cable to ground,

    i put back the eeprom, solder the 55 pin, and connect the usb cable to carprog.....

    now i have unknown device connected..... i repeat the procedure,but i have the same result....

    what i am doing wrong?

    I try that, not working....
    Before re flash always I use that USB and it works great.....

    In jlink screen did you saw the arm recognized? Maybe you didn't rewrite it ok. Or the AT ic was soldered wrong. Does the AT getting hot? I put one upside down by mistake and blew away a CP once

    As i mention in my first post, jlink prompt success write the processor, but when I connect the carprog to USB I have unknown device connected.....

    I use other flash, not that my carprog had... But is almost the the same...

    Upto ftdi seems to work, but from ftdi to mcu something does not communicate. Obvious something went wrong on reflashing or the bootloader got f*cked up. P. S. I am always removind the at88 before flashing. and always got a good reflash.

    no need to remove at88
    but also this could be firmware problem
    try a different bin

    i try again to reprogram the mcu, but this time i get an error.....

    I think i have problem with the mcu....

    I use glue to keep the cable for the reset pin, and goes under the chip, I desolder the mcu to clean the legs, and I broke 3-4.....

    I order new mcu, I try to programming when I get it.....

    check in forum there is a thread here about carprog reflashing which has inside good carprog dumps working online and with 12.45 version too..
    Also has plenty of jlink pinouts,i have uploaded an easy way to program this one too
