My missus was one of the first to bring in e-cigs from China. They were so new no one here seen them before, in fact it took 6 months to get her brand noticed. It was right at the beginning they weren’t on eBay, Amazon or in any shops. She sold thousands a week and used to mix her own liquids from raw materials from USA.

Supplied Spar, Mace and other shops here and sold hundreds a week online.

No one in the UK cares what’s in the liquid as she contacted trading standards and all authorities to do with food, alcohol and tobacco and none of them said it needed regulated.

Crazy when you think about it. One of the biggest hazards is using tap water in the mix and not anodised water. Reason is that the chemicals like fluoride when turned to vapour is extremely toxic if inhaled directly into the lungs and straight into the bloodstream

She walked away from a thriving small business when health concerns were raised. Vaping is as bad as smoking if the liquids aren’t regulated properly which they aren’t

Hot butter roll 1-2% is a lot of people if it’s your family friends or worse one of your kids you’d change your tune. It’s hardly scaremongering.
