Polo 6r central locking remote key issue

Hi,
Guys I'm fiddling with this issue for over a week. My Polo 6R didn't came with flip remote key, so I ordered one, got it cut and transferd Immo chip from one of the keys.

Remote control -issue
I have tried to Pair the key via VCDS ( Remote matching procedure in BCM -09)
00- Block save
01 - Current value of keys is 0
when i Enter 1 key, i test it, test value becomes 0
I hold unlock button on remote it doesn't pair it.

My remote is 434 Mhz
My module HW: 6R0 937 087 F ( as i know it supports central locking), the long coding is:
6CB02BBF08210048003006007D2B0C900000410F6086000020 0000000000

Can someone double check ?

Have u checked adapt, and login on the module maybe u need to login with pin to adapt the remote
