Ford mondeo is killing me!!

Hello guys,

I take a Ford mondeo mk3 2003, 2.0 gasoline.

I bought a els27 from a guy and is not connecting to the vehicle. He sent me another els27 from another series. Still don't work.

I test els27 on some focus and mondeo and is working.
On my car is not working and I don't know what to do.
With Delphi works, but Delphi just read dtc and delete dtc, nothing more.

Is some hidden setting to connect with els on this car. I hear about hs-can problems, or something. I don't know I never work on ford until now!

It only works with a wired connection. bluetooth and wireless not works

what would you like to diagnose?
