Vw Eos 2007 How to change needle From MPH TO KMH

Hi Friends

i Changet my Instrumet Cluster of Vw eos with smal display to Multifuncional Display
but i have one problem my new MFD is in Mph not in kmh
I swap the foils but now needle is not real
Its on MPH and in 100 Kmh (Real) its going to 80km or (60 Mph where is adaptet with foil in mph)
in Vcds is not possible to change that
what i need to do ?
I need a eprom Change ?
Where To Change that MPH TO KMH
