W211 2003 HELP NEEDED....!!

I had a customer today who has W211 E500 year 2003 who said the key has suddenly stopped working. After inspection of the key , It is BE Key and I read it in vvdi mb tool. Below is customer key information pic

So I suggested to customer that I will make a new key. I pulled out the Ezs read with vvdi prog, made a BE key with vvdi mb prog as key number 8(v51). However when I put in EIS it shows, "Computing Data, Please wait". I waited more that 20 mins, tried insert and removing almost 25 times
So i Decided to write another BE Key in Key position 7 ( v51), Same thing happens, Calculating data....
Later wrote another key in Key position 6, same thing

hello my friend,i have done this kind sometimes, just i have removed the eis and i have connect with cables with vvdi mb ,calculate password and done.if you have vvdimb cables try to connect it with eis .

Hello what do you mean by calculate password, you mean key password?

your ezs is bad

for testing read ezs with IR and send photo
for reading in bench you need connect gateway

Check key and ezs on table with esl emu.

open vvdi mb and go to Password Calculation

I had the same issue on a w203 and it ended up being the key i was using in my case the remote functions would work but the key wouldnt turn. i ended up making another one and it worked for me
