I do not know what your OS
If possible install XP sp3 or windows 7

Have you followed the install instructions precisely? Make 100% sure

i dont have instructiones my cd is lose it i have only device KTAG SW 2.13, i download the software from other forum Version 2.13 and i have windows 10 home os if you have the software can share me pls thanks

It works on Windows 10. It is just tricky to install. Main thing is to follow instructions. I don't have instructions but i see it is easy available on google. Also you need all correct files. Also available on Google
