Question Cummins Calterm Issue: Cannot Unlock ANY Celect or Celect Plus Units

    Hi everyone,

I've been using Calterm 4.7.1.007 lately and I haven't had ANY success being able to unlock the security on any Celect or Celect Plus ECMs. I'm not having issues unlocking any of the newer modules like the CM870 for example.

Is there a known issue with the newer Calterm that doesn't allow you to toggle the security for the Celect/Celect Plus units? If I recall correctly, I remember being able to do this with no problem in a version of Calterm 3.

All of the units I've tried to unlock are bench powered. I've used multiple Celect/Celect Plus .E2M configuration files with no success either.

Anybody have any idea what's going on here?

    Thanks in advance!

I think it is for that type of module: Celect and Celect Plus, because I have calterm 3.6.4 and I have problems with those modules, I cannot open the configuration or unlock them with calterm.

I hope not. I don't remember what version of Calterm 3 I used a long time ago but I'm almost certain I was able to unlock them with better success than I've been having on 4.7.1. Surely someone out there has a good explanation/answer?

I may have to try installing an older version of Calterm 3 to see if that makes any difference.
