Cherokee 2019 tool required for key coding?

Hello after changing car battery on a Cherokee 2019
one keyfob does not open or close the car.
The car start with that key.

What tool do I need to make the key working again.

Hello, both keys received a new CR2032 two months ago.
I will remove the CR2032 from the not working key.

My first fear is the non working key need to be programmed.
