I always change the code for example at all units with FIS and maybe anothers (Technisat or RCD models). (At this moment over 200 pcs). It will be useless serial number + code !

By the same logic, your Calc Gen 2009 should already be useless !!! But for me it still does a very good job, for which I congratulate you !!

In my case it's stock unlock code. I didn't changed it. I have the car brand new, but I didn't find The unlock code anyware.

CalcGen calculate code from dumps

This was my first intention. After a while the world got crazy ....code from serials ! More and more...I have nothing against when are uses with head and not to all lazy and profiteers peoples and I hate the stage where a contest has already reached ... who offers the first code for free ... at the first there were some rules for example did you try to decode that radio ? did you have several posts on that forum ? not from first or second post receive a free code ...I see every day people's posts which don't know what is a programmer or a hex number and they need to decode from serial ... then don't ask like that ... just say who gives me a free code on all automotive forums ! Sorry for my intrusion. Wish you all the best !

Yes you have right, also i see is a chalange betwin DK members how give first the code for Free, i dont understant this competition what help.
Also people how have no eaven a singel post ask code by serial, need help but nothing offer back (some usefull) to help other members.

Hello everybody,
The situation in my case is the following: I replaced the original radio with another one that, at a certain moment, broke down. When I tried to turn on the original radio, it asked for the unlock code. I tried to ask for the unlock code from the dealer but he asked me for 70 euros for this (which is absurd, from my point of view, because the radio itself does not cost that much). The next step was to search online for resources to decode it and so I found this forum.
I apologize if I violated the rules of this forum, but here I saw that you can get help in getting that code.
I translate xiaomi ROMs into Romanian (for free), so I understand very well what it means to work without being paid, but I do it with pleasure and for me that is enough.

Hy,
Your radio is tehnisat, and for code you must read memory 24C16, code is in this eeprom.
No read this memory eeprom, no get code.
Data base is only the dealer vw, Skoda, or try eBay, with cca 10 $ you get code i think.
