caddy cluster swap

Hi all, my friend bought a 2016 2.0tdi vw caddy in uk, exported to ireland now he needs cluster to read kms, he purchased a cluster from same model year with kms, but we're not sure about the procedure to swap them, we have a good carprog, is this enough to complete the job ? any help will be appreciated, cheers.

I suggest better go with Odis online to be on the Safe and Easy way

just out of curiosity, would carprog be capable of doing the job ?

Depends on the version of carprog and the version of the cluster. Some older (clone) versions of tools dont support the more recent cluster versions...
