Mercedes E63 fault in transmission

A Mercedes E63 2010 with a intermittent error.
When the error occurs the transmission enter in a emergency mode, a few minutes after the error disappears.
Scanner (Launch) shows this fault:
TCM - Transmission Control Module Abnormal 1 
DTC Qty (1)
c256 No CAN message was received from control unit ''DSI''.
STORED

Sometimes, when I open the driver door this fault occurs.

Anyone has idea about this fault?

can you check the plug of the ecu with the dsi module ?
