VW 3Q0035824A MIB 2 loop / shutdown after 10 seconds after upgrade FW

Hi for all,

I have VW whit MIB2 STD Delphi Model 3Q0035824A ( system description MU-S-ER ), i need help, please.

Golf came with the original App connect key, Mirror Link, Bluetooth, etc.

. it worked for 3 years and suddenly the message "activation failure" appeared, I believed it to be the VW 91n9 problem (https://www.goapr.com/support/tsb/91n9mi...inver2.pdf)
This update has been proactively released to prevent one or more of the following related infotainment
symptoms:
x App-Connect malfunctions or is inoperative
x Infotainment display goes blank or dark
x Infotainment system freezes or reboots

This radio FM was worked perfecly, however with the loss of the key but no appconnect / bluetooth / mirronlink asking key to function. took the car to the VW agent. The dealership was upgraded to UPDATE TO 0633 - SW VERSION H25.14.89_STD2PLUS_EU
however, the radio stays on for no more than 10 seconds, freezing a few times on the VW screen, but no work radio FM, bluetooth and AppConnect and others.

We tried to reestablish the FES (SWAP), without success.
5f -> Function clearing system -> perform test -> restore function gives the error "ERP0501e" Parametrizing failed.

We tried to present the old radio as a new MIB and to import the keys without success.

Does anyone know what can be done?

I can pay for the service, but for someone who really solves it. I already paid for an external access and there was the same error as informed above.

I was unable to enable the Green Menu via VCDS or ODIS.

I have the cable VAG and ODIS.
