yes this is eprom ,but for fulll code must read also NEC procesor

Write my dump i s modify dump, then Power up radio, nec MCU will write New dump, then post and you can get first 2 digitis
After must try the Last 2 DIGITS.

hy ,you make the corect procedure ,your code start with 08xx ,after 2 try you see safe mode ,must reset .
here you can read ,is wery helpfull for you ,if not read NEC to get full code
