I think reference is S120201109A, not s1202001109a
My dump is virgin and is from Clio II Mark II 1,2l: if you want it i can put it here but VIN won't match.

luislesing mi problem is car have gearbox auto and now mecanic replace for manual gearbox
i have 2 ecu
auto is s1202001108b
manual s1202001109a
i try replace eprom but i have same problem error gearbox
can clip not can program this ecu

Another thing:
If SIM 32 is under software n°4 and Vdiag 4 or 8 you have command with Clip LC054 for the kind of gearbox: Manual/automatic/robotic, did have a look there?
Did you try to send RZ008 "learnings reset"?
