    Hello everyone, can someone make a hot start in edc16 2.5 tdi VW transporter T5 ecu number: 0281011664 16u1. Thanks in advance.

    Sensor its ok, pump injector new, The car only starts hard when hot

    yes, as AVdigitale said check water sensor.
    Brmservice made adjustment but think it isn't safe..

    So he increased even more at Hot start in file Brmservice?

    this is pump-duse engine?
    if it is check tandem pump and injector seats in cylinde head, maybe pressure drops below 7,5 bar.

    yes, he adjusted to inject same amount of fuel at 0 rpm, as was at 80 rpm.

    Yes, the compression pressure is a bit low, the car works mainly in the woods, so its condition is not sensational, that is, it wants it to start well when it is warm

    test the file but I doubt it will be any real improvement. just above , check ECT values with diag.
