Best budget tools for reading and writing??

Hey guys so I am looking to buy some more tools to be able to do more modules and cars. I am having a hard time choosing I should get with some many different tools out there. So my question is what is most versatile tool that covers a lot of cars or German cars. I am thinking either carprog, smok, x-tool or upa usb???

I’d like to do it all but mostly airbag crash clear and repair are most important then clone and immo.

carprog ori does alot airbags and have lots of more functions

also "new" ultaprog is ok, so not the carl bulger one as he did f*ck the customers he did have
the "new" ultaprog is now from a other developer
