    Default Hybrid Systems repair and Diagnostic

    Hi
    As we move in automotive technology, I decide to open this thread !
    I"m working in one Pug 508 RHX hybrid 4 , and this week I"m going to dismantle one hybrid module ECU
    I gone upload some info, I any one like to share please do it !
    If is pass protect please contact the guy who posted by private message , NOT SPAM THE THREAD !

    I all ready open the inversor module
    The boards are glued to the aluminium box
    Any Ideia to remove it ?

    you cant read this mcu via pinout mate.

    Second,what is the car's issue?
    Why do you want to change this module?
    did it have problems with the hybrid4 system?
    Do you have original Diagbox-Lexia?

    Hi
    yes , I have diagbox
    Inverter is damage , the story is on other of my threads
    I know there are people unlocking this units , because not even official dealers can"t make this virgin , only can program new inverter
    The only way is by Jtag , I think !
    That pads near the big caps are the way .
    There are other pads in the PCB edge like EDC17 tricore BDM read .
    I need to find boot pin without desolder the MCU

    Can you spray board with uv paint sent to be virgin open up when comes back?

    i got similar issues here with Mini after crash it lock this hybrid sytem and wont connect back until done test with Eos tester which only cost 9000$ so i decide to drop that car to local dealer and they do this test and make connected again
