Default Complete disconnection of the EGR in PSG16

I try to figure it out myself, I read a lot of information on the Internet, which is interpreted differently, so questions arise.
To completely disable USR in PSG16, you must:
    1. In the error mask, it is necessary to write a zero value in the status of error 0400.
    1.png2.png
    2. It is necessary to write zero values to the hysteresis map, and there are also questions here:
    - What does the value 00258 mean, which changes to 00002?
    - What do the values 00450 and 00900 mean, which change the values to 65565 (FFFFF) and 00000?
    5.jpg
    - Do I understand correctly that:
    - 00002 - the number of values in X (highlighted in yellow)?
    - The values 00000 and 01000 are highlighted in red. Is this the speed range the USR is running on?
    - Values 04100 and 03900 - amount of injection highlighted in white?
    6.jpg
    - What do the meanings of white and red in the image below mean?
    7.jpg

Who can tell more information, really want to understand.
    Thanks.

    I found all the values.
I understood what values should be changed.
But what do these numbers mean?
What actions in the car control these numbers?
