Maxicom 808 DPF delete?

Just got the above scanner and done the latest updates.
Use the tool on 2012 Espace 2.0 DCi.
When going into service-DPF there is a folder that gives a choice of with or without DPF.
When one or the other is selected the tool writes to the ECU.
Could this be the same as DPF delete?
Cant find any info on this function of the tool.

Sent this to Autel support.

The DPF regeneration function works fine.
The question I have is when you go into service, select DPF SCR, hot functions and click on Particle Filter on the top left.
You are then given the choice with or without.
If the opposite of what you have at the moment is selected then the tool writes to the ECU.
I cannot find any information on this feature.
Is it possible if without is elected then the DPF can physically be permanently removed from the vehicle?
