Anyone here who can write me a file for my TDS? Here are the specs.

2.5TDS 143HP year '99
1. Turbo GT2052V
2. Turbo Holset HX30
VP37 with 11mm piston
2.5" Hoodpipe
530D Upgrade Intercooler

I don't want the maximum of power but about 250hp would be nice. Don't worry the engine is rebuild including new head, new injectors, new Pistons and Rods and a refurbished Pump (made from Bosch service in Germany) now I have only with evrymod and the things about 200hp at the wheels.

Please if Possible with Popcorn and MAF delete.

2. Thing... How can I upload the Map to the ECU. We tried the Kess and another device (don't know the name) I have only the round Diagnostic Socket in the engine Bay.

In the Software is the TDS written down as compatible with the OBD2 Adapter. But it isn't working. Anyone an idea? Diagnostics are Possible with an Delphi DS150E including some Codings to LCM

Got eprom inside ecu some socket some soldered... need read extern...
Got a local tuner for this remap this isnt a tune you will get for free.

That's ok if I have to pay for it. Our local guy want for this work about 1000€ and this sounds to much.

First thing i'm wondering about is: how do you control VNT? Got some external controller already installed or is it wastegated gt20?

It's controlled over Pressure. I don't know how is this part called in English. But it's from an Alfa JTD which works with Pressure not with Vacuum.
