SetConfig 2.8.1 changing boot logo help needed pls

Hi guys
i have a skoda 3T0 035 686 H
HW23 / SW6270

so firstly i used the upgrade cd to upgrade to 6276 on the bench
all went ok no problems
now i have this unit in my VW T5.1 and want to get rid of the skoda logo

so i extracted my upgrade cd and pointed setconfig logo tab save iso path to its location
i loaded my new logo into setconfig and saved my new iso
now i know it takes certain files from teh upgrade cd to make the logo flashing work
and it worked, it said update success
i removed cd and it rebooted, but no new boot logo, the old boot logo is just a black screen now then after 30 or so seconds i boot into the radio

can anyone tell me where im going wrong here ?
do i have to change something in the system>startup logo - drop down boxes ? if so to what ?
last i changed i got a black screen too, then the skoda logo came back but was like cut in half and offset.
restoring settings then brought back my skoda logo

any help greatly appreciated

ahhh figured it out
it was system>startup logo
had to change both to VW
if they are anything but
then you will get a black screen

SIDE NOTE guys
if you are using any iso image but one made with the same firmware image for your rns510, i think you get the flash error
