    Default Vw Crafter 2.5TDI cluster dash corrupted 2E0920840Q

    Hi mates.
    Vw Crafter 2.5TDI 2007 year of production, cluster 2E0920840Q. The battery has run out. After attempting to start the engine, the display shows no km, only - - - - - - -. And the function of the engine tachometer was taken over by the speedometer, i.e. after starting the engine, the engine speed is indicated on the dial of the speedometer. I suspect corrupted eeprom file. In the attachment I add the reading file 25640. Cluster 2E0920840Q, HVW 906 446 5421, HW: 9.1, SW 15.05.00 - read from the sticker. Can anyone help repair this corrupter file ?? Or maybe someone has the original correct file reading from this version of cluster ??

    Regards ....

    Yes, your file is corrupted.

    It has:

    * wrong HVW.
    * wrong part number.
    * Incomplete Vin number.
    *Tachograph activated.
    *bad mileage (9,49 kms)
    * and more......

    Hi mate.
    no changes on this file from you. mileage still - - - - - -, engine speed in the speedometer, stored error in memory - 912B00 - ROD - unknown error code. I uploaded a working file from another meter with the same part number and SW, mileage still - - - - - -, but the engine tachometer is working properly. After uploading the second functional file, two errors in the cluster memory, the brake indicator light is on;

    2 - number of errors found. Here they are:
    912B - Key identification; relay / electrical ignition lock: unreliable signal
    Test completed - Active / saved
    9219 - ABS System Controller (J104): Incredible shutdown level
    Test completed - Active / saved

    km shows for a moment on the LCD, when attempting to read by OBD, then - - - - - -, when saving a new mileage km, also the value km is posed for a moment and still - - - - - -. from what I read, you must now read the EZS, set the same course there and it will be ok.
    I am not sure if this is enough or maybe you will need a synchro cluster-ELV ??
    does OBD go to read the mileage saved in EZS ??
    then in the new file in the cluster I would set the same course as saved in EZS.
