Opel Vectra 3.0 CDTI Key programming

Hello. Can I Opel keys with T300 Key programmer from aliexpress, it isn't written that it can be done, that's why I posted this?
Any advice? (prefferably from aliexpress)

You can easily program new key with OPCOM wich is the cheaper tool.(you have to know the pin code witch can be found in IPC/CIM/UEC/REC/ECU) .FVDI clone works good also and can retrieve the pin code by obd.I have both tools and i made over 50 keys to Vectra so far.

if you have pin code then no issue. T300 clone wont pull pin code but check the car documents for pin code or contact your local Opel dealer with chassis number and about 20 Euro for the pin code.
