Default Renault 1.5 dci K9K Vacuum valve solenoid

HI,I own a Nissan with Renault engine( 1.5 dci K9k) , When I drive I hear a hissing from the hood( I think is related to turbo system), I THOUGHT that Overboost is caused by sticky actuator( but the rod is moving freely when I accelerate/deccelerate so this is good)

Cars works fine but no cruise control because that dtc, I am going to replace ev-526 13.5 v part( vaccum solenoid valve) I tested and it is stuck on open. Could be this my problem ?

Second attachment is when vaccum solenoid valve is unplugged.Cruise control does not work in both cases.
