Carprog reprogram but don't work, i flash 256kb and get 625kb

Hi

i replace in my carprog the mcu and i reprogramming with jlink, i use the flash bin file with 256kb, and after success programming i read back and i have 625kb in chip, and no connection in usb.....

what i am doing wrong?

Hello to all. Panathaole look here https://mhhauto.com/Thread-Carprog-r...am7s256--56590 they are talking in post 4 about revision letter of MCU. Someone before was talking of this problem. OR, did you check for good connections of mcu pins, no briges between pins, no lost components and .....

Hi thank but maybe i don't explain correct my situation, I write again and again the mcu, i write 256 kb flash verified ok, but when I read it back I have 650 kb, totally different from original....

Hello to all. How did you do it, what it was?

I think it was the mcu flash, i programmed with the one that had,(150428CAR00542UA flash) many times never works, always asking for internet update library.....

then i use the 150428CAR00491KW flash.....

it works at the very first time.... everything works like before i think, i test some eeproms and a couples of ecus on bench, works like before.

The only issue i have now is when i try to make the test of pcb with a9 adapter i have:

UPDATE: Finally i manage to upload my original flash...(150428CAR00542UA flash is the almost same with 150428CAR00491KW ), now i can make the a9 adapter test....

I check all to auto (clock speed etc) and start writing line from 100000.... and it works...
