    Default Citroen C5 NG4

    Hi`

I have a problem with this navigation. After switching on, it restarts within 1.5 minutes. I noticed that the fan is not working. Also there is no sound in the speakers. I don't have an additional amplifier.
I am asking for some advice.

The fan is OK. HDD replaced with a new one.

    Can anyone help.

    Thank you

When you replaced the HDD, it's important to use an automotive grade PATA IDE drive, not a SATA or SSD, as the QNX software does not support TRIM command and it will soon ground to a halt. Next, when you installed the new HDD, you need to insert the latest firmware on USB and allow the firmware to recreate the partitions correctly and install the software. This may take 2-3 attempts.

Lack of sound or low sound from the speakers is due to an overheating problem - the system does this to reduce heat internally. If the unit has been allowed to overheat then it may have caused other damage to the motherboard.
