TY70541 does not seem to be a JCW? You need to load the normal Cooper S software.
If it is a JCW or you have bought the retrofit kit, you need to obtain the FSC code for that VIN and upload it to the ECU.

It does not matter what VIN is in the ECU, it matters that the FSC inside the ECU does not match the VIN inside CAS. You just need to program the Cooper S (non-JCW) software and it will work fine.

Can you just give some more information about the history and what you are trying to achieve? What happened to the old ECU? How did you synchronize the immobilizer?

Nobody will send you the FSC for the new VIN, it can only be generated by BMW and it costs € 2000,-. (You need to buy the JCW retrifit kit - Unless somebody already bought it for your specific VIN but it will have JCW badges all over the car)
Alternatively, you could change the VIN in the CAS and ECU back to the old VIN, so your entire car will have the VIN of the donor JCW.

But it is much easier to just program the Cooper S software. You can program it with WinKFP and then code the ECU with NCS Expert. If you want more power, you should ask someone to tune the original Cooper S software (I don't have much experience with tuning)

Make sure you have stable power supply.

Start WinKFP -> Comfort Mode -> Enter ZSUB -> enter "7644424" -> Press Ok -> Enter full VIN -> Program

If it won't program because of incompatible hardware, use ZSUB 7644458.

If it can't find the ZSUB, you have different SP-daten than I have.

After programming, you have normal Cooper S software in the car and it should run fine.

You do need to code the ECU afterwards with NCS Expert to get rid of the "No coding" DTC.
