Matco MaxMe help!

Hello, I recently purchased a Matco MaxMe tablet and Dongle used from an individual. Which I believe is a rebrand X431????? I cant use it. Matco finance has locked it up due to non payment from the individual I purchased it from. So i cant go any farther than the activation screen. What do I need to do to be able to use this setup to it's full potential? I forked out a large chunk of money on this device only for it to do me no good.

Any help is appreciated and a reward will be given for the solution. I need to be able to use this in my service shop so all makes and models available need to be able to be utilized!
