Default Citroen Berlingo 2011 Speed limiter OFF

Hey guys, i need to remove the speed limiter from a Citroen Berlingo 2011 1.6 hdi 55kW. Car is limited to 110 km/h. I have tryied to do it via DiagBox, but cannot be done, because it is asking for online subscription to PSA servers.

Can it be done via ecu ? I am posting here a full read of car's engine ecu, and EDC17C09 if i remember ok.
    Thanks!

Limiter in the file is 220kmh so isn't the problem.

Shame there was no follow up to this thread as the use of the bypasses looks promising.

The only thing I would double check is the addresses, from what I can tell those would deactivate RVV (cruise control) rather than LVV (speed limiter) but I might be wrong.

Just a passing thought as it's not really my subject, but it would be a shame to spend needlessly on BSI boxes.
