your file is not good, read it again in 16 bits or remove eeprom from cluster before reading

read it in-circuit with 2.5vdc? Do you have the contact points from the back without removing the needles?

if you do I can trade you with a script I'll make for this vehicle for UPA.
It will show contact points, cluster picture, read/write & dump.

OK,I 'd already checked. Only way to access to the msop c86 is to
dismantle the cluster including removing the needles.
Here you go I prepared a upa script for it.
If needed to add pictures or dump just upload it here. I'll add it in.
