    Default Audi A3 - 8P - HELP PLEASE

so today (hot as hell) spent hours trying to fix an audi A3 8P chassis after key programming with FVDI. spare key.
So, auto detected CS and pin then found 7th byte from working key, great. Then went to key programming and after that things started to get weird. The dash lost its mileage and said SAFE even with customers original key. tried to recode new and original to no avail. Tried to code customers original back in but again no luck. I have immo off the ECU in the ecu function to get it started but now the speedo and rev dont work and lcd screen are blank. i read faults with VCDS and there is checksum error and not coded correctly faults in instruments, also not coded correctly in ABS. I have attached the file read from immo data and file read from ECU. Is there a fix possible or is iot going to be an expensive audi specialist job?

if you require any more info i will do my best to provide it, thank you in advanced...

before few weeks I've done 8P AKL by OBD with FVDI - VVDI and Autel fails - So don't blame the tool

Someone here explained how professional is to program key instead to copy

maybe I'm still not profi but I always prefer to copy the chip if is possible

    Tool kill the dashboard !
    1° ) PIN + CS (6) from ECU : OK
3°) Find 7 CS with working key : no risk
3°) Programming is an safe process : no write in dashboard , self learning ( 1/2 & 2/2 ) in ignition coil
Concluding : FVDI is dangerous , i hope you can write back immo data ...

FVDI can do it by OBD A3 8P up to 06 2006

read PIN + 6 CS and then make up to 256 attempts to find 7 CS

I think that no tool that can exchange CS by OBD on this model when AKL like Autel on Golf MK5

If you look at the dump then it’s not VDO cluster! All tool read this cluster no problem.

A3 8p have 3 main types of clusters:
-06.2005 on fujitsu + 93c86 possible to do via obd2 without preparation with correct tools
    06.2005-06.2008 red micronas, need preparation
06.2008-end of production White micronas need preparation + some additional steps

    Add key yes !
Do not use that menu unless you have old Immo 3 cars .
That menu even in VVDI2 has many bugs and not working good . Use menu Instruments CAN in FVDI, or in VVDi2 Key learn -VW 4th Generation , then choose what dash you need.
