Default Ford Focus F1ET 14B321 CB 95640 SPI EEPROM read help

    Hi,

I'm trying to erase crash data from airbag module and having problems.
I am trying to use ponyprog to read and write the chip.
When i probe test without 5v power to the chip it says test ok but with power the test fails.
When reading the readout is just empty.
I built the serial adapter according to the schematics on ponyprog website.
The chip is desoldered from the circuit.

Any advice if doing this is even possible with these tools? A used module is so inexpensive that it will be cheaper than carprog so it makes no sense buying that as this is a one time thing. Just trying if there is a cheap way to get this done as I have nothing to lose with the old module.

    Any help is greatly appreciated
