Default Read Write flash eeprom 2J74Y

Hi, wich tool for read and write flash and eeprom 2J74Y MC68HC908AZ60 from dashboard Terrano II?

I need to replace MCU for new one, so I need to read original flash and eeprom and write.

    I have several tools

    Upa
    Orange
    Xprog
    VVDI Prog
    Carprog

Anyone have pinout for this dashboard? or better desolder and use adapter?

If you only want read and write Eeprom of MCU you could use UPA, if MCU unsecured. I think in this case it is unsecured.
But as you want to read and write Flash + eeprom of this MCU I recommend you to desolder MCU and use ETL Programmer to make this job.

I always use ETL and it works perfect. ETL will work on secured and unsecured MCU´s.

If helped please press Thanks + Reputation

I can't find original ETL 908 programmer. Clone ETL works for read and write flash??

Also ETL will work with COM-to-USB adapter? I dont have any computer with COM or LPT socket
