    Default BMW E82 120D 2008 IMMO issue

Hello there, i have IMMO help needed, cut long story short, cant get comms with old ecu got new one and flashed correct Software... but obviously i dont have immo data, i dont feel confortable to remove the chip from board and read it that way, and solder onto new ecu or take them off and copy it, so what other options do i have ? from what i read, cant actually do a IMMO off, but maybe virginize? to then sync them together? find attached Immo data from read of new ecu

    thanks in advanced

    OK you have 3 options:
1: Get the data from the old eeprom.
    2: Virgin eeprom and resync.
    3: Immo off the ECU.

To do option 1: You may be able to extract by BDM if the processor is half working and will boot mode. Else it's eeprom off and put into a reader.
To do option 2: After reloading the eeprom you will need the BMW dealership tool to rematch he ECU to the CAS.
To do option 3: You need to Bootmode the ECU to download the file from the internal rom and post it here for someone to remove the immobiliser for you.

    Cheers.

1, i cant do because i cant get any comms with ecu on BDM, unless i unsolder the EEPROM and i dont feel confident enought to do that,
2, i have INPA if this helps?
3, i have all files from ECU, can post if needed?
