No need to install filter.

Yes ! But for this need have obd2 tool and Jlink programmer and for both tool 2 litsens.
And no guaranty it's to do this or not ,bacause not all sw sulution done.

With DashCoder4 i did all C-Class 2016-2017, but you should know there are different versions for different countries.
