Default 2004-2006 Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep dump to PIN - best way to do it in 2020?

In my country Chrysler dealers used to give PIN to car owners at no charge in the past. Apparently, it's not the case anymore, they're not giving PIN code now.

So what is best way to convert skim module dump to VIN for these "impossible to do via OBD 2004-2006 models" in 2020? I have EffI, ZedBULL, Orange 5 softwares. Orange 5 soft doesn't give PIN, but allows to check dump and look for PIN manually, because for different years and models PIN appears to be in different places. As far as I can see, EFfI and ZedBULL not 100% reliable on giving PIN - working fine on some models, giving different results (or no results at all) on others.

Does anyone know more stable and universal software to convert skim module dump to PIN code?

Thanks. Unfortunately, same thing - it works on some dumps, doesn't work on others ("wrong file"). Does anyone know how many variants of chips and dumps were on 2004-2006 Chryslers?
Here is my small collection that I found mostly on this site, with PINs calculated by members. Please add your dumps with known PINs, let's make post which will help others in the future.
First archive - few Chrysler dumps. Second archive - few screen shots with PINs in the dumps and conversion table for older skim modules (Type 1) which might help in manual PIN finding.

Your looking for DMax it’s the closes to perfect. The AutoProPad has been pulling type2 pin using the brass key method. But like you said 2020 work on a survivor.. not too much out there.

DMax is too much money considering that this would be for odd survivor once in the blue moon. I didn't know AutoProPad can do it using non-chipped key. I have Basic, but never actually tried to do Type2 Chrysler. I'm going to try it to see if it actually works. Apparently, Autel iM508/iM608 also able to do it. I'm not mentioning other more expensive tools as they are out of reach for poor guys like me anyway

I have had success with APP on type 2 Chrysler- works the same idea as T300 except you need online, which can be mobile hotspot. First two I did failed but have had 5 or 6 successes since without failure.

So you're saying that T300 from Aliexpress also able to do that? This is not first time I hear that this programmer is good for old cars. Maybe I should add it to my collection, it's very inexpensive now.

Not all Spanish T300 clones have it, they dropped it out on newer versions from what I understand. My T300 is version 13.05, and it is like Ray Ray said, spanish version only.
It helps to know Spanish, but you can possibly wade through it without it.

It seems that red version is not available anymore, and judging by feedback on Aliexpress - sellers often send English version even if buyer orders Spanish. So looks like it's not easy to buy correct one today.
