For me TC isn't very good on PSA - I think that work only on Valeo BSI
You can try if you have luck will work

Wiyh the pin code almost any tool will programme.
Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!
