Several tips. starter and oxygen sensor faults can give indication for faulty BSM, Immo status check, but this is not renault where immo cuts rpm sensor, It looks like you worked a lot on this car, common fault is measure wires between sensors and ECU, Multimeter sonde are too big for PSA connectors and after "typical" cable check, loom connectors can throw away. There are smal metal plates with tension to make a contact with pins in the sensor, multimeter sonde bend them too much and they never goes back on ori position. Such measured connector make no contact anymore or sporadic contact.
Every car I get in my workshop with suspected connectors (specially if customer says, that wires are checked) I try with this gold plated pin like these pins in IDE HDD connector. If pin falls away, connector needs to be replaced.
