W168 A140 Remote key re-synchronising dosn' t work after changing battery

Hay can someone help me whit key fob remote control. I change the battery I try to do a synchronisation 2 time push button after I put on 2 positions ignition..both still dasnt work.i have one key the led flash when I push the button. From inside work to clouse and open all doors.please can someone help me.have a nice day all

Try this
Key in ignition turn to position 2
Key back to position 0 and remove.
Within 10 seconds, press and hold down lock button, whilst also pressing unlock 5 times in succession.
Let go of buttons.
Press lock.
Press unlock.
