Hi,
The car has had immo off with your help (read here).
I shout a massive big THANK YOU to all who helped bringing my car back from the dead!!! Recycling cars like that is better for the environment than buying new electric cars
It's not 100% healthy yet. After you nicely did immo off for me, the car started! But is very underpowered, easily stalls on load, is running rough (engine is shaking, twitchy; it used to run smooth in the past: read what happened to this car before immo-off here).
I cannot rev past ~1500rpm. MFD still says "Eco mode" even after driving around.
Dashboard always has "battery not charging" lit up (though alternator works), and sometimes handbrake light (even when handbrake is off), speedo, tacho and oil temp needles do not work at all. Fuel and water temp gauges work fine. Wipers do not work, indicators work.
After immo off, I could finally clear ECU faults, and now I have two only faults (1 new):
Code:
Permanent fault. Injection ECU ECU internal fault (must be the main problem?)
P0382 Preheating relay circuit fault. Plugs permanently supplied
^ I measured continuity around disconnected glowplugs, they seem shorted out -- probably once overheated and welded with the block, so I disconnected the relay altogether.
And now I am able to rev up to 2800rpm (but still in limp), car has a bit more power, but still running rough. Live data:
Code:
measured injected flow: 9.02 mg/impulse
cylinder injector 1 flow correction: 2.34 mg/impulse
cylinder injector 2 flow correction: -1.48 mg/impulse
cylinder injector 3 flow correction: -1.15 mg/impulse
cylinder injector 4 flow correction: 0.36 mg/impulse
injector 1 and 4 control error status: no fault
injector 2 and 3 control error status: no fault
Code:
ECU control unit condition: ECU is not locked (before immo-off it said locked)
status of the coded engine immobiliser programming: after-sales status
problems detected when transmitting the unlock code: No problem detected (before it said awaiting response from BSI)
Code:
BSI fault still remains:
Permanent fault. Absence of communication with the engine management ECU.
BSI settings -> immobiliser status:
ECM locked: Yes
transponder marker recognized: Yes
transponder key number learned: 1 (beep test works)
number of high frequency remote control commands learned: 1
BSI Matched: yes
BSI in Anti-Scanning mode: No
blank BSI: No
high frequency remote control battery: good
I hope you can help me cure it further
Thanks!!
