Which byte in eeprom is from flash counter in EDC15 39S02066 ?

To find it you can read flash from OBD sometimes and compare. If not changes, then write it sometimes. If there is counter any bytes will change.
Some EDC15 has counter, example my EDC15C7 has it (100 writes aprox).
