Immo Off not possible to this ECU-Immo system.
It is using Rolling Codes...
Your file is RESET. You can try to program the ECU and put it on car. Turn ignition on and wait 30 seconds. Turn ignition off and wait 30 seconds.
Turn ignition on and start the car.
If it does not start You need to program the RESET file again to the ECU and this time You need to use Good diagnostics to code it back to the car.
Try and report back please.
