Help to update old launch GX3 please

Hi, someone can helpme to update this old launch GX3 or repair software? I have the usb adapter for CF card. its an original Product but it stuck on Processing, please wait.
I only need to do work. i read too it have a cracked version.
I did try to resold and another good cable. I think its a software problem.

no, cf card work i think. it have all options. i can select car and software version but when i need to connect for read dtc it stuck on Processing, please wait. i can touch start button and i can cancel the operation too. if i leave it for many minutes it sometime connect.

if you open the scanner there is a pcb with a sh#t load of micro relays on it, you can try to resolder all of them or buy a other pcb on ali, these are round 100 usd i think
if you buy other pcb they need to know serial from your scanner
