SVCI 2019 CAN/UDS problem

Hi, I recently bought SVCI 2019. I installed it, but it can't communicate with cluster over CAN or UDS. K-line is working normal.
Can somebody help with this strange issue ?
Someone who experienced this issue?

I had the same problem, the rear switched regulator (MC34063A) was damaged and supplied 12V instead of 5V, that damaged the CAN transceiver (TJA1050T) In my unit the heat dissipated by both was very evident and high, I just had to replace them and the CAN communication recovers.
